Fee Payment

Accountant records payment; student gets receipt and balance info by SMS.

Exam Eligible Students

Once semester fees are fully paid, students can take examinations.

Reports & Analytics

SuperAdmin and Accountant view income, expenses, and institution health via charts.

5️⃣

SMS Communication

System sends payment reminders, deadline alerts, and notifications to parents/guardians.

6️⃣

Financial Goals

Each wallet shows progress bar and health flag indicating college's financial status.

No. You must pay the full semester fee to get the exam ticket.
